Asta Training Limited Terms and Conditions Effective from January 28, 2023.

Payment: The full payment of the fee for the online course (“Fee”) must be made at the time of booking through our website. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive the full payment. An email acknowledging your booking will be sent to you.

The price payable for the goods that you order is clearly set out on our website.

We are not registered for VAT and therefore do not charge VAT.

We take care to ensure that our website is safe for you to use. Payment transactions are processed through Stripe online payment service provider who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment. Any bank charges incurred for payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds sterling will be borne by you.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation by You is permitted within 14 days from the day after the booking is made as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Bookings made for training starting prior to 14 days can not be cancelled. Cancellations can be made by emailing info@astapowerproject.co.uk. You may reschedule your course once free of charge by contacting us at info@astapowerproject.co.uk at least 72 hours before your course start time. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-10 days.

Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel the online course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. In such cases, we will refund all fees paid by you.

Our liability in case of cancellation will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled course.

Course Content: The course description provided on our website is indicative only and may be subject to changes at our discretion.

Student Conduct: By continuing to access or use the online training and the website, you agree to the following:

You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the online course and/or the website. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the online course and/or the website only for personal, non-commercial use.

Technology Requirements: The online course is facilitated through an online web browser. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to participate in the course.
